Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns except for damaged or defective items.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a return, contact us within seven business days of receipt of package. Please include your full name, email address, reason for return, loyalty status, order number, item number, and a brief description of the issue.
If your return is accepted, a team member will reach out to you with next steps. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
